是高新产业园区优化升级的标杆项目、投融资体制改革的示范项目。
深圳市软件产业基地由18栋2-28层单体建筑组成，总占地面积12.30万平米，
总建筑面积62万平米，业态主要分为研发办公、SOHO商务办公、员工配套
公寓及裙楼底商。

the Twelveth 5-years Plans of Shenzhen, it’s the model project of high-tech industrial park

The base consists of 18 towers from 2 to 18 floors, the total occupied area is 123,000
㎡, building area is 620,000㎡, the base is formed by researching office, SOHO office,
apartment and commerce wing building.
